Based on a verdict of the Hamburg district court from May 12th 1998-312 O 85/8 – „liability for links“ it was ruled hat one has to assume the responsibility for the content of any linked page. This can only – so the court – be avoided if one dissociates oneself particularly from the content of those pages.
